RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Richmond Police have released the body camera footage of a deadly officer-involved shooting in Church Hill two weeks ago.
Police say just before 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15, Richmond officers were called to the 2900 block of E. Broad Street for a mental health call.
