November 14, 2024 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that recently, motor officers observed a male subject who appeared to be passed out at the wheel of a vehicle, blocking traffic in an eastbound lane for several minutes. Officers knocked on the window but received no response. They opened the driver’s door and issued verbal commands, yet the subject did not respond.
After additional attempts, the subject finally became alert and detained. Through further investigation, it was determined he was under the influence of alcohol, and a loaded rifle was located in the vehicle…
