A 20-year-old woman is behind bars after she allegedly tried to carjack a bus in Victorville while the driver was helping disabled passengers disembark.
Angel Bourne, a Barstow resident, tried to enter the driver’s compartment of the Victor Valley Transit Authority vehicle at 8:45 a.m. while the bus was in the 17000 block of Jasmine Street, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said in a news release .
The driver and Bourne then struggled over control over the driver’s compartment after “an apparent attempt by Bourne to steal the bus,” officials said…
