High Point Market a go with no Helene disruption

High Point, N.C. — In the wake of Hurricane Helene, which caused extensive damage to parts of western North Carolina, the High Point Market Authority, organizers of the High Point Market, has announced that the fall tradeshow will continue as planned, Oct.26-30.

While some areas in the mountain region of the state have experienced significant challenges, High Point’s infrastructure, businesses and hotels have not been impacted, ensuring the safety and comfort of all attendees.

“First and foremost, our thoughts are with those affected by Hurricane Helene,” said Tammy Nagem, president and CEO of the Market Authority. “We are incredibly grateful that High Point has remained unscathed, allowing us to proceed with the market as scheduled.”…
