RIVERSIDE (CNS) – A felon accused of fatally stabbing a 54-year-old man adjacent to railroad tracks near downtown Riverside is slated to be arraigned next week.

Robert Thomas Campbell, 26, of Murrieta is charged with murder, a sentence-enhancing allegation of using a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony and parole violations in the slaying last month of Charles Edwin Jensen of Yucaipa.

Campbell made his initial court appearance last week, during which Riverside County Superior Court Judge Walter Kubelun appointed him a public defender and scheduled his arraignment for Nov. 1 at the Riverside Hall of Justice…
