Banning’s game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn’t let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged the Twentynine Palms Wildcats out 2-1. That’s more bragging rights for the Broncos, who also won the pair’s last head-to-head.
Caxery Mendoza and Meily Salazar scored both of Banning’s goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.
