HONOLULU (KHON2) — Junior Ulep, Executive Sous Chef, and Raul Bermudez, Executive Chef, of Kula Lodge Restaurant and Bar in Maui joined KHON2 to share all the details.
Junior and Raul shared, “We just finished changing the breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner menus. We are doing farm-to-table and continuing to support our farmers here in Kula as well as the entire Maui community. We have Kula Strawberries, Lavender Maui honey Vinaigrette, Maui Onion Soup, Haleakala Beef Tenderloin, Maui Nui Venison and much more on the menu.
