Monday Weather – Dry and stable weather with light winds

HONOLULU (Island News) — Dry and stable weather will continue with light trade winds.

Morning temperatures will be in the mid-60s with more clouds and some rain on windward and mountain slopes. However, most areas will stay dry, with only a small amount of rain expected on the Big Island. The weather will remain mostly dry through Tuesday, but winds will weaken on Tuesday as a low-pressure system east of the islands reduces the wind.

A cold front is expected to move across the islands from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday, bringing increased rain chances, gusty winds, and possibly thunderstorms. This could lead to heavy rain and flooding, depending on the movement of a low-pressure system…
