Newly hired safeties coach James Adams got out on the road recruiting yesterday for the first time as a Michigan State coach and ended up at Archbishop Spalding High School in Severn (MD, a school he knows well from his ties to the region.
He was there specifically to go see Sean Johnson, a 6-foot-1, 175-pound cornerback in the 2026 recruiting class.
