Jeremy Fears has been on the minds of all Michigan State basketball fans since last December, unfortunately it wasn’t for reasons we would hope for.
As you all know, Fears suffered a gunshot wound to his leg last December, ending his season immediately. Throughout the road of Fears’ recovery, one question on everyone’s mind was if he would be granted another year of eligibility. Tom Izzo said he would push for it, but you never know what the NCAA will do.
However, Fears (and Michigan State in general) received the best news possible on Wednesday according to 247Sport’s Justin Thind.
