Since Ohio State’s 2023 college football season ended with a loss to Missouri in the Cotton Bowl last December, the 2024 team has had one goal: win the national championship. A number of Buckeye upperclassmen, who could have gone to the NFL and heard their name called in the draft, elected to come back with that goal in mind.
That goal is still alive after three games. The Scarlet and Gray are 3-0 and looking like one of the favorites to be the last team standing next January.
