Charlotte City Council votes to design pedestrian bridge into Uptown

More than 2,000 days after Charlotte City Council voted to design a pedestrian bridge into Uptown.

Council members are expected to vote on Monday to spend more than $16 million on a new rail trail bridge that will cross over Interstate 277.
