CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – We only have two more days of unseasonably warm weather in the forecast before we finally get into a stretch of fall-like temperatures and dry conditions settling across the Carolinas.

- Tuesday: Becoming partly cloudy, cooler
Some cooler, less humid air is still on track to move into our area early next week. Until then, more warm but dry weather can be expected for the balance of the weekend.
Tonight, into Sunday morning, expect mostly clear skies with lows in the 50s and 60s. With the clear skies and light winds, there will be a few areas of patchy fog Sunday morning.
Sunday afternoon looks mostly sunny and warm with highs ranging from the mid-70s in the mountains to lower 80s in Charlotte.
On Monday we’ll get one last surge of warmth before a cold front sweeps through the southeast eventually dropping our lows into the 40s and 50s.
Expect plenty of sunshine on Monday with highs in the lower 80s. Fall will arrive on Tuesday and kick off our stretch of cool mornings and mild afternoons. Tuesday will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy with highs ranging from the 60s across the mountains to lower 70s in Charlotte.
