CHESAPEAKE — Collins Career Technical Center (CCTC) will be having its annual Community Fall Festival 4–7 p.m. Thursday. It is free and open to the public. “This is a great opportunity for families to come together, learn more about our programs, and enjoy a fun evening with the community,” said James Woda, director of Communications at Collins Career Technical Center. This year’s festival will feature a wide range of activities for all ages, including a free hog roast, inflatables, live music, Kona Ice, pumpkin and face painting, and a FAFSA workshop for families seeking assistance with financial aid.
