ARDMORE, Ala. (WAFF) – Wednesday afternoon was a historic moment for the small town on the Alabama-Tennessee state line.
In a joint-state effort, more than $22 million will be going towards the town’s sewer system, including replacing the town’s wastewater treatment plant.
