OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — A woman says her home warranty company will replace her air conditioning system after KMBC 9 Investigates started looking into her case.
Michèle Thomas reached out to KMBC after saying she did not get a satisfactory resolution about her broken air conditioner with home warranty company, Cinch Home Services.
Thomas said the company sent a repair worker, but, when the worker couldn’t fix a fan, she got a check for $340.16 from the home warranty company and phone calls saying her case was closed…
