INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating an unusual shooting that happened on the east side of Indianapolis Sunday evening.
According to IMPD Capt. John Arvin, around 7 p.m. Dec. 22, officers were called to the intersection of East Washington Street and North Colorado Avenue on a report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found a man in an alleyway who had been shot. Police say they did not find any shell casings at the scene and there were no shots fired runs in the area.
