FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Court documents show the Marion man who was charged in the death of an Indiana State Police officer on I-69 in 2023 has pleaded guilty to his role in the incident.
Terry Dewaine Sands II, who was arrested in the March 2023 death of Indiana State Police Master Trooper James R. Bailey has taken a plea deal in the case.
