INDIANAPOLIS — A warrant has been issued for the arrest of an Indianapolis man accused of being involved in two hit-and-runs, including one that killed someone, happening minutes apart.
IMPD officers responded to the 8900 block of East 16th Street, near North Post Road and East 16th Place on the city’s east side, on a report of a personal injury hit-and-run crash involving a motorcycle on Sunday, Dec. 15 at 8:18 p.m.
