The South Carolina baseball team has played double-digit intrasquad scrimmages so far this fall but today, it welcomes outside competition to Founders Park. Air Force has come across the country to take on the Gamecocks in what will be the first of two competitions under first-year head coach Paul Mainieri this fall.
The Gamecocks and Falcons will play 14 innings on Saturday afternoon with first pitch beginning at 4 p.m. There will be a flyover with parachuters set to land in Founders at approximately 3:30 p.m.
