South Carolina is expected to start Robby Ashford at quarterback on Saturday against Akron, according to a report.
That news was shared by 247Sports’ Matt Zenitz on Friday afternoon. Ashford would be starting in place of LaNorris Sellers, who suffered an ankle injury toward the end of the first half in South Carolina’s Week 3 loss to LSU.
