BATON ROUGE, La. — The man accused of killing 69-year-old William Nicholas “Nick” Abraham is now facing first-degree murder after his charges were upgraded from second-degree, prosecutors told WWL Louisiana media partner WBRZ on Tuesday.
With the upgraded charges, Terryon Thomas, 20, now infamously known as “Mr. Prada” to his throngs of followers on social media app TikTok, could face the death penalty if East Baton Rouge Parish prosecutors pursue it.
