Texan wins $5 million in pricy scratch-off lottery game

A Lone Star State local is now $5 million richer after scratching off a pricy Texas Lottery ticket in North Texas. It was the first top prize in the game to be discovered meaning three more lucky Texans could be next as long as they are willing to take the $100 risk of winning.

A Grand Prairie resident won one of the top prizes in the $400 Million Mega Bucks, according to a Texas Lottery news release.
