TOWN OF VIRGIL, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Around 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 24, a 1,800-gallon truck tipped over, leaking propane on West River Road at the intersection of Snyder Hill Road, the Virgil Fire Chief Adam Brown told NewsChannel 9.
According to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office, West River Road, Stafford Road, and Snyder Hill are all closed at this time.
