VAN ETTEN, NY (607NewsNow) — A Chemung County man faces drug and weapons charges.
State Police say Robert Durfey was pulled over Tuesday evening on Main Street in Van Etten. Durfey, whose license was revoked, allegedly had meth, drug paraphernalia, and four extended ammunition feeding devices in the car.
The 49-year-old Durfey was charged with “Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th (C Felony), four counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (D Felony), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd (Unclassified Misdemeanor), and a traffic infraction,” according to a press release from the New York State Police…
