City of Dexter: Notice of Public Hearing 2/3
Pursuant to Michigan Public Act 110 of 2006 (the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act), as amended, notice is hereby given that the City of Dexter Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, February 3, 2025 at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, located at 3515 Broad St, Dexter, MI, 48130.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the following text amendments to the City of Dexter Zoning Ordinance:
- ARTICLE II DEFINITIONS, Section 2.02 Definitions
- ARTICLE IV, NONCONFORMITIES, Section 4.05, Non-conforming Buildings and Structures
- ARTICLE V ACCESS, PARKING, LOADING, AND SIDEWALKS, Section 5.03, Off-Street Parking: Flexibility in Application
- ARTICLE VIII SPECIAL LAND USES, Section 8.02, Procedure
- ARTICLE XI FORM-BASED DISTRICTS, Section 11.03 Standards Applicable to all Uses and Section 11.11 Design Standards
- ARTICLE XIX, PUD PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS, Section 19.05, Application and Processing Procedures, and Section 19.08 Phasing and Commencement of Construction
The proposed ordinance amendments are available for public inspection at the City Offices, 3515 Broad Street, Dexter, MI 48130; weekdays between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but may also be viewed at www.dextermi.gov.
