Louisville Woman Could Get 20 Years in DUI Death

LOUISVILLE, Miss.–The Louisville woman accused of driving drunk and the wrong way on I-55, causing a head-on crash that killed a Canton woman, could get 20 years in prison.

WLBT reports Jordan Sullivan has filed a petition stating she intends to plead guilty to a charge of aggravated DUI.

The maximum sentence is 25 on that charge. Upon her guilty plea, the agreement reached states she would be sentenced to 25 years, with 20 to serve. The judge does not have to accept the plea agreement…
