A young man from Pearl has been arrested in connection with two events that occured in 2023.
Dylan Josiah Fletcher, at just 18 years old, received a sentence for his involvement in an armed robbery of a Sonic restaurant and possession of a stolen firearm.
According to Bubba Bramlett, Madison and Rankin Counties’ District Attorney, Fletcher was sentenced on September 10th by Judge Bradley Mills. Fletcher will serve thirty years in the custody of Mississippi Department of Corrections, with eighteen years suspended. This means that Fletcher will spend twelve years behind bars. Five years of probation will be served after his release.
