JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department says a crash between a car and a bicycle took place in the Mandarin area Tuesday afternoon.
A “pediatric” patient was taken to the hospital from the scene in the 4000 block of Huntington Boulevard.
