Conemaugh Health System celebrates Aspiring Leadership Program graduates and new members

Conemaugh Health System has announced the graduation of nine health care professionals from its 2024 Aspiring Leadership Program, a key initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the organization, according to a press release from Duke LifePoint Healthcare.

Graduates include Kylie Debias, registered nurse, catheterization lab, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center; Kasey Hagens, licensed practical nurse, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center; Kirstin Hawksworth, registered nurse, trauma coordinator, Conemaugh Nason; Ericka Kittle, intensive care unit charge nurse, Conemaugh Nason; Kayla Makin, medical laboratory scientist, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center; Katie McCombs, lead vascular technician, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center; Phoebe Sanna, lead phlebotomist, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center; Marah Yachere, registered nurse, surgical services, Conemaugh Meyersdale; and Stephen Zaragoza, lead echo sonographer, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.

The health system has also selected new participants from Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center for the 2025 cohort of the program, including Kelley Alshehri, critical care supervisor; Sydney Gavazzoni, registered nurse, emergency department; Danett Harr, case worker; Deanne Knab, registered nurse, float team; Jessica Lugar, registered nurse, nurse educator; Lynne McQuillan, employee health wellness coordinator; John Regan, lead patient transporter; Cameron Roxby, registered nurse, emergency department; Chantel Urban, cardiac sonographer; and Leann Welsh, registered nurse, Palliative Care Unit…
