A homeless man was arraigned Friday night before Homer City Magisterial District Judge Susanne V. Steffee on charges that he took a test drive from Luther Ford Lincoln, and failed to return the car.

Eventually, state police said, Cody Levi Gordon, 39, returned the car nearly six hours later and was arrested on theft and drug-related charges.

According to court records, he was charged with theft by unlawful taking of movable property, a third-degree felony; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a second-degree misdemeanor; and ungraded misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance…
