PHILIPSBURG — Sarah Guglielmi opened the scoring for West Branch Wednesday at Mountaineer Stadium with a header off a corner kick just 12:13 into the District 6 class A semifinal match with Bishop Carroll.
Moments later, Guglielmi was in the right place at the right time all the way back in her own end, stopping a Lady Huskie shot at the goal line after keeper Alexa Prestash had gone out to challenge.
