On the day ground was broken for Arkansas State’s new playing surface at Tomlinson Stadium, Red Wolves coach Mike Silva announced the remaining members of his coaching staff.
Cade Evans joins Silva at Arkansas State after one season as an assistant coach at Nicholls State and will serve as the Director of Player Development. Prior to becoming a coach, Evans was a four-year letterwinner for Nicholls State from 2020-23, accumulating 64 strikeouts and a 4.62 ERA in 74 innings.
Ryan Burt was named the Red Wolves Director of Player Operations after spending two seasons as a player at Nicholls. He made five appearances and one start while posting a 3.86 ERA for the Colonels in 2023 and 2024…
