A Georgia man who was arrested earlier this month by Kentucky State Police in Perry County has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges he was involved in drug trafficking in Perry and other counties.
The indictment, handed down Dec. 20 in U.S. District Court in London, charges Dennis Arnold “Dino” Lyons, 35, of Eagles Feather Lane, Riverdale, Georgia with distribution of a methamphetamine mixture (two counts), distribution of a methamphetamine/fentanyl mixture, possession with the intent to distribute controlled substance (methamphetamine and heroin), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
