Between academics, finances, and socialization, college students everywhere share a common struggle with balancing their various activities and obligations. Because of this and other circumstances, the National Collegiate Health Assessment Survey shows that about 80%-85% of students are experiencing burnout syndrome.
According to Mental Health UK, burnout syndrome is a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion. While burnout is caused by stress, it isn’t quite the same thing.
