PITTSBURG, Kan. (KOAM) — November 18-22 is International Education Week and Pittsburg State is preparing to celebrate.
The goal of the international week is to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from aboard to study, learn, and exchange experiences.
“The international experience builds understanding and respect among different people, enables problem-solving skills, and leads to an open mind,” said Aaron Hurt, director of International Programs and Services at Pitt State. “We are fortunate at Pitt State that we have a long and rich history of welcoming international students and offering students opportunities abroad.”…
