KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, MI — A former Kalamazoo Township trustee earned another term on the board of trustees in the Nov. 5 election — but she won’t be taking it.

After four years on the Kalamazoo Township Board of Trustees, Clara Robinson accepted a full-time position as the township’s executive coordinator this fall.

Due to what would be a conflict of interest, she resigned from the board on Oct. 14. It was too late to remove her name from the ballot, however…
