GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Michigan officials are reminiscing on former President Jimmy Carter’s legacy after his death Sunday in his home state of Georgia.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer wrote that Carter “lived an impressive life.”
