PITTSFORD, MI (WTVB) – Union City’s cross country teams brought home four team championships along with a lot of hardware on Saturday after competing at the Pittsford Invitational.
In the boys freshman/sophomore race, sophomore Cullen Decker led the Chargers with a second place finish (18:47). Also medaling for the Chargers was Luke McKown in an 11th place finish (20:15). Jack Dibert and Luke Arlt finished 24th and 28th.
In the girls freshman/sophomore race, the Chargers were led by sophomore Alli Gautsche who placed first with a time of 21:00. All of the Chargers freshman and sophomore runners medaled. Parker Williams was fourth (24:03), Carly Smith was ninth (25:36), McKenzie Hawks was tenth (25:38), Keira Taylor was 13th (26:28), and Jassi Kaur was 15th (27:12)…
