MARIETTA — Within a month, Cobb County lost three of its most influential leaders.

The lives and legacies of former Cobb County Sheriff Bill Hutson, Marietta businessman Jack Wilson and former Marietta policeman Rupert Raines were the focus of a speech given by former Gov. Roy Barnes to the Kiwanis Club of Marietta earlier this month.
