Conventions of all kinds pull attendees with common interests to one destination for multiple days of shared experiences. When you think of conventions, you may think of Comic Con, or a gaming-focused convention like TwitchCon, or political conventions.
But there are conventions across the world focusing on many different topics — from career-oriented conventions to novelties like the clown convention in Florida. There are also religious conventions, like those held by Jehovah’s Witnesses , which differ from their regular meetings.
This year’s theme is “ Declare the Good News ,” and the eastern Washington location is right here in Tri-Cities. It’s expected to draw thousands of attendees to the Toyota Center this weekend and the next.
