KENOSHA, Wis. — The Kenosha Unified School District Board of Education voted Tuesday night to put a $115 million referendum question to taxpayers next year. The measure would allow the district to receive an extra $23 million per year for the next five years.
A large portion of the money would go toward securing the front entrances of schools in the district.
