LAKEWOOD, WA – A Washington state collectible store has been targeted by a thief for the second time in less than six months, according to the store’s owner. This latest heist saw the suspect escape with thousands of dollars worth of Pokémon cards, leaving the community and business shaken.

Second Break-In Leaves Owner Reeling

Pacific Northwest Gaming and Collectibles in Lakewood, was hit by a burglar on Sunday. Owner Robert Cantrell shared security footage of the incident on Facebook, saying he suspects the same individual who broke into the store back in August 2024.

During the latest burglary, the thief stole between $10,000 and $11,000 worth of merchandise, including a box filled with free Pokémon packs and toys intended for children…
