WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — Winston-Salem State University students have returned to their residence hall after the building was without water and heat for three days during the winter storm due to a water line break.
Students returned to the Martin-Schexnider Residence Hall about 24 hours ago. The water line break caused around 200 residents in the building to be displaced.
