KINGSTON – Ground was broken ceremonially at Golden Hill Apartments, a $87 million, 164-unit affordable housing development, that will change the landscape of affordable housing and support for the homeless in Ulster County.
The land was formerly the site of sacred Native American ground as well as the recently torn down Ulster County Jail.
