A 59-year-old truck driver, who allegedly attacked someone with a knife, cutting them in the neck and chest, at a West Salem Kwik Trip, was in court Tuesday.
Paul Stokes was arrested in Tennessee last month and brought back to Wisconsin. Tuesday, he was in La Crosse County court on charges of reckless endangerment and substantial battery,.
Stokes, allegedly, cut the victim on the neck and chest, after being confronted for honking his horn at the other driver in the Kwik Trip parking lot.
The victim notified police, took a picture of Stokes’ red truck. Stokes, whose address is listed as Fox Point, Wis., was arrested in Tennessee the following day…
