LONG BEACH – A woman who was arrested for attacking a 13-year-old girl in a crime caught on cell phone video inside a McDonald’s restaurant in Harbor City is scheduled to be sentenced in a Long Beach courtroom on Aug. 21.
Ariana Lauifi, 32, was initially charged on Oct. 2 with a felony count of child abuse under circumstances or conditions likely to cause great bodily injury or death, but the charge was reduced to a misdemeanor at the request of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
