A local hospital needs help identifying a patient who was found injured in Los Angeles County.
The male patient was found lying on the ground near Albion Riverside Park in Lincoln Heights on Sept. 6.
He was transported to the Los Angeles General Medical Center where he remains hospitalized. Staff are hoping to locate his family members…
