A 21-year-old Centralia man is facing a potential list of criminal charges after allegedly causing a crash on Interstate 5 while traveling in the wrong direction on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Dabe A. Alvarez Price was not injured in the crash, which occurred just before 4 p.m. on Wednesday near the Toutle Rest Area at mile marker 54. He faces potential charges of driving under the influence, felony reckless endangerment, hit-and-run and reckless driving, according to the state patrol.
