Cascade Water Alliance says the refill of Lake Tapps – which usually happens mid-February – will be delayed until about March 15.
It’s because of a project that the alliance is working on with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). They’re trying to replace a 100-year-old infrastructure to improve water diversion reliability and water quality for the reservoir.
